What will be the format of my presentation?
We encode your video clips for download in an mpeg format optimized
for the internet that will balance the quality of sound and image
while being mindful of download size on a high speed modem. For more
information about MPEG technology, see below.
How Long
Will It Take?
Once we have received your material and payment, most
projects are completed within 3-5 business days once the storyboard
process is complete. Custom projects/larger orders may take longer.
What is the
Process?
After determining what your video will be about and the package
you have purchased (we are currently offering the 30-second
and 60-second packages) there are some standard steps that
we follow to bring it all together.
1) Collect your existing material (digital versions of your logo,
current written content, pictures, etc.
2) We
"storyboard" the video to determine key points that will
be made. The storyboard is like a roadmap where you make notes
about the interesting points along the way to your destination.
They contain a summary of ideas about the key aspects of the video.
This will also give you a rough idea of the final version as a whole.
3) We get your approval on the storyboard and do any revisions.
4) A script is written to support the storyboard which will be
narrated over the video and music as in a commercial. Again any
revisions are done.
5) A rough version is produced and minor changes are made.
6) You receive a completed version of the product.
About MPEG Video
MPEG (pronounced M-peg), meaning "Moving Picture
Experts Group", is the name of a family of standards used for
coding audio-visual information (e.g., movies, video, music) in
a compressed digital format, making it excellent for use online.
It is also standard part of computer operating systems such as Windows,
etc so you don't need to download anything special to view them.
This also makes things easier for your prospective customers.
The primary
advantage of MPEG compared to other video and audio coding formats
is that MPEG files are much smaller for the same quality. This is
because MPEG uses very sophisticated compression techniques.
The added advantage is the affordability to deliver an engaging
presentation to your viewer to sell, educate, or inform them about
your company, product or service.
Smaller video
sizes mean less time spent downloading your video and gives you
the ability to engage the viewer quickly to generate interest and
qualify their response.
Can you host my video presentation?
